1. Consultation Services (Bazi Consultations)

• No Refund for Completed Services: As our consultations are personalized and timesensitive, refunds are not available once the service has been provided.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session if you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• Missed Appointments: No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the consultation fee.

2. Feng Shui Items and Zodiac Products

We accept returns or exchanges under these conditions:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days with proof of damage (e.g., photos)

Exceptions:

• Customized or energy-activated items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days for approved requests.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Product Orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
• Consultations: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
